Devon Hawkins was born in Charlottesville and raised in rural South Central Virginia. He attended and graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a bachelors of science. During that time, he was immersed in the beautiful metropolitan area of Richmond, Virginia where he began commercial leasing in the student housing field. This is where Devon acquired skills and techniques with advertising, sales, and marketing.
